User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Account Security
You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach

- Log out of shared or public devices
Account Termination

Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription Fees
Our services are offered selling marketing service up-front. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods, such as ACH. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge applicable fees.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period.
Pricing Changes
We may update pricing at any time with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Late Payments
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and applicable late fees as permitted by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Company Property
All platform content—including text, graphics, logos, software, and design—is owned by Lead Planet or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with providing our services.
License to Use Platform
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform in accordance with these Terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
While we use industry-standard security practices, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Service Availability
We strive for consistent uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or external factors.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Planet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Planet, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any third-party rights
- Your submitted content
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in San Diego County, California.
Arbitration
Disputes under $5,000 shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination

By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations or misuse.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to services ceases immediately. Certain provisions (e.g., liability, indemnity) will survive termination.
Advertising Services Terms
Social Media Advertising (e.g., Facebook/Meta/Tik Tok)
- Subject to platform policies
- Ad spend is your responsibility
- No guaranteed results
- Accounts may be suspended by the platform
Google and MSN Advertising
- Subject to Google policies
- Ad spend billed separately
- No guaranteed performance or ROI
- Quality Score and CPC are not guaranteed
Compliance and Licensing
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for RESPA and regulatory compliance
- You maintain all required licenses
- You comply with fair lending and housing laws
Miscellaneous
- These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Lead Planet
- If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable
- We may assign our rights without restriction
- Force majeure events relieve us of liability for service interruptions
